When we live with other people, friends or family, our sense of peace and calm is greatly influenced by our home. This meditation is a great way to establish sancturay by connecting to our natural environment to reduce anxiety and promote clarity.
Our main focus will be listening and belonging.
The first half of the meditation will be a mindful walk in the park. This is a time for intentional breathing and reflection upon our personal ecosystem. Listening to the natural world helps us to practice listening to others.
In the second half of the meditation, we will create a yoga hygge project. Hygge (hoo-ga) is the Danish ingredient for happiness and well-being in everyday life and for building community. This is a time for exploring our sense of belonging, what it means to us, and to set our intentions.
